Like I’m sure you already realize (but, like me, don’t like to think about), you consume millions of bacteria and viruses daily, and your immune system does a pretty darn good job of filtering them out. Like I always say…I’m not a doctor/lawyer/gynecologist/whatever…and I can’t legally give you any advice for any of this. I believe that anything is worth checking out, doing research on, and the biggest thing is everyone should be a little less paranoid when it comes to “germs”…I’m not saying go eat dog doo for breakfast, but the constant handwashing and hand-wringing and use of antibiotic hand rinses and soaps is only gonna make things worse long-term (let’s face it…if you kill off all the bacteria not immune to that stuff, all you’ll have left is bacteria that are immune and won’t be hampered by all these precautions anyway…and you’ll have a weakened immune system cuz your body won’t know how to fight that stuff).
